Registration isn’t necessary, tickets are available directly at the ticket office or here on the website. Taking pictures is explicitly desired. Visitors with online tickets must go to the ticket office before their visit. Dogs are welcome!

We are closed during our company vacations from the 13.01. up to and including the 29.01.2025!

This wax figure cabinet is just great. For children and young people, there are different riddles to solve. And everyone else could inform themselves by “phone”. Highly recommend!!

Our latest addition: Taylor Swift

Hamburg, 13.08.2024 | Since today, the Panoptikum on Hamburg’s Reeperbahn has a new celebrity roommate: Taylor Swift. Numerous famous personalities from Hamburg came to give the international star a proper welcome.

In July, thousands of Swifties traveled to the Hanseatic city to see Taylor Swift on stage at Hamburg’s Volksparkstadion as part of her “The Eras Tour”. A real hype has developed around the famous singer.

“With the wax figure of Taylor Swift, we are welcoming an absolute superstar to the Panoptikum: the fan base of the multi-award-winning pop icon is unmatched and with over 300 million records sold, she is probably the most successful singer of our time,” says Dr. Susanne Faerber, Managing Director of the Panoptikum.
